Restgong is Lorelei's Dewgong, who spammed Rest in battle.
History[]
During Red's attempts at defeating the Elite Four, Lorelei was his first opponent. Her Dewgong would use rest at the slightest sign of injury or damage, causing the stream to be trapped in a tug-of-war between doing minimal damage and Restgong using Rest.
